issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in G.O. 103, Youth Welfare and Sports (B2) Department, dated 19.08.2025 and to quash the same insofar as in Para-6 of the Government order is concerned and consequently directing the Respondents to permit the petitioner to submit application along with sports achievement certificates without any cut-off date for sports achievements and to consider the petitioner for selection under 3% sports quota.
