Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2024 sent for issuing patta in respect of the plots measuring 1107 square feet and 1927 square feet in SF.No.270/3 and 269 respectively situated at Panangudi Village, Nagapattinam Taluk and District in the name of the petitioner within a stipulated period.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2024 sent for issuing patta in respect of the plots measuring 1107 square feet and 1927 square feet in SF.No.270/3 and 269 respectively situated at Panangudi Village, Nagapattinam Taluk and District in the name of the petitioner within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2024 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
