O R D E R
The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420, 506(1) of IPC in Crime No.381 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This Court by an order dated 05.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14005 of 2023 has granted anticipatory to the petitioner with a condition to the petitioner, however, petitioner had not come forward to comply the conditions. The present petition has been filed for the same relief.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that the investigation in this case is not completed and the investigation is in progress.
5. This Court is of the view that, since the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail, second anticipatory bail is not maintainable. However, instead of dismissing the present petition, this Court grants two weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of the order to comply the 2/4
conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14005 of 2025 dated 05.10.2023. No further extension will be granted.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
