(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted to direct the 2nd respondent police to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Ms.Trisha, who is aged about 20 years, before this Honble Court and set her at liberty. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that detenue girl had already been secured and she had joined with her parents. 3.

In view of the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
