O R D E R

The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC in Crime No.351 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court by an order dated 18.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24813 of 2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.26 of 2023 before the trial Court. Now, the petitioners has filed the present anticipatory bail petition on the ground that the petitioners was not able to pay the money within the stipulated time and also that the petition filed seeking extension was also dismissed. Now, the petitioners is ready to pay the said amount. Thus, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.24813 of 2024, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, however, this Court grants two weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of the order to comply the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24813 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
