ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.09.2019 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, preliminary enquiry was conducted.

After enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was closed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no intimation has been received by the petitioner with regard to the closure report of his complaint.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
