ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. A prayer for extension of time to take appropriate decision, as directed earlier, is based mainly on the ground that there was bona fide error in communication of the order passed by this Court to the authority who was granted four weeks' time to take decision in the matter.

3. Though learned counsel for the first respondent/writ petitioner, on advance copy, vehemently opposes the prayer, taking into consideration what has been stated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit, we are inclined to extend further time of four weeks' from today.

4. The authority should ensure that orders are passed within four weeks' from today.

The petition is, ordered, accordingly.
