In view of the above statement given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds no reason to entertain the petition which alleges police is harassing the petitioner. In fact the police is discharging their duty preventing unlawful activities carried out in the club premises of the petitioner. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
