This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for another one month for complying with the conditional order dated 21.11.2023 in Crl.OP.No.15521 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 12.01.2024 to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.15521 of 2023, by an order dated 21.11.2023. It is made clear no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
