This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22390 of 2024 by an order dated 11.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai - 104 on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 62 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22390 of 2024 on 11.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
