This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16475 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18122 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on any working day at 10.30a.m., for two months and thereafter, as and when required.
