This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10394 of 2024 by order dated 11.06.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of three weeks.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police for more than three weeks, the condition imposed in the present case is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of Every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
