ORDER

The civil revision petition has been filed to direct the Family Judge at Puducherry to dispose of M.O.P.No.157 of 2020 at such an early date. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.On perusal of the trial Court's "A' Diary Extract, it is noticed that the petition was filed on 27.07.2020 and now it is pending for filing counter and it is noticed from the pendency particulars through e-filing that the total pendency in the trial Court is 629. 4.Considering the total pendency in the Court and the present stage of the case in MOP.No.157 of 2020 and also taking note of the fact that it is a family dispute between the parties from the year 2020, this Court directs the learned Family Judge, Puducherry to dispose the case in MOP.No.157 of 2020 as early as possible after getting counter since the matter is pending for more than three years.

5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
