This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.09.2018 and investigate the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.386 of 2018 was issued and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 06.10.2018.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
