PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order passed by the Mahila Court (Mahila Fast Track Court), Namakkal in Crl.M.P.No.1170/2023 in Spl.C.C.No.23/2021 dated 03.10.2023 and permit the petitioner to summon the investigating officer in Crime No.26/2020 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Ammapettai, Salem City.
