The matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 11.03.2026 received from the Court below, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in Crl.A.No.62 of 2024, by a further period of three months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in Crl.A.No.62 of 2024, pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, is hereby extended by three months from today.
