This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties as per order in Crl.O.P.No.23291 of 2023 dated 10.10.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 12.01.2024 and no further time will be granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
