This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26688 of 2024 by an order dated 07.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in S.C.No.81 of 2024, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Avinasi. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 06.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition in para no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26688 of 2024 on 07.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Subordinate Court, Avinasi on 06.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
