This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to pass an order of exemption to surrender the petitioner before the lower Court in pursuant to the judgment, dated 31.03.2023 made in Crl.A.No.51 of 2022 passed by the learned lower appellate Court in confirming the judgment of the trial Court dated 11.10.2022 in C.C.No.43 of 2021 passed by the trial Court. 2.Today, this Court suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8020 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.987 of 2023.
