This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.5201 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.4718 of 2023, by an order dated 19.4.2023, the petitioner shall report before the concerned Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court during the Court hearing dates without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances till the completion of the trial.
