COMMON ORDER These miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking extension of time for a period of six months to comply with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.Nos. 13574 of 2015 and 13575 of 2015 dated 17.06.2025 stating that after scrutinising the proposal, the Commissioner of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Chennai has to send the proposal to the Government in Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department for passing orders.

2. Having satisfied with the cause shown in the affidavits, these petitions are ordered, and the time granted to implement the orders of this Court dated 17.06.2025 in W.P.Nos. 13574 of 2015 and 13575 of 2015 is extended by a further period of four (4) months from the date of uploading the copy of this order on the official website of this Court.
