This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.7(i)(b) imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10638 of 2023, dated 22.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, monthly once i.e., on any working day at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
