These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an common order dated 17.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.15666, 15535, 15537, 15262, 15223 & 17123 of 2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, weekly once, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 am., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are ordered.
