Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order No.34020305411/DSE/FC/ 2025 dated 18.03.2025 and the impugned order No.34040601406/DSE/ FC/2025 dated 21.05.2025 issued by the 1st respondent herein and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and non-est in law and consequently direct the 1st respondent to approve the fee proposal dated 07.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner and further direct the first respondent not to revise the fee for the academic year 2025- 2026. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 18.03.2025 and 21.05.2025 passed by the 1st respondent herein, thereby fixing fee structure for the petitioner institution.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The very same issue was dealt with by this Court in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos. 33747 of 2025 etc., batch, by order
dated 08.09.2025. Therefore, the same relief is to be extended to the petitioner herein.
4. In terms of the aforesaid order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33747 of 2025 etc., batch, dated 08.09.2025, this Writ Petition stands allowed.
