This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to take necessary action or investigation in the complaint give by the petitioner as per the order of the 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai-15 in Crl.M.P.No.157 of 2021 dated 21.4.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent as per the order dated 21.4.2021. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
