The plaintiff is a leading production house and they had broadcasted a program by name "Aval Vikatan Awards" in the news channel. According to the plaintiff, the defendant, who is having their office at Virudhunagar, owes a sum of Rs.94,00,000/- and odd towards advertisement made in the television channel during the said program. Since the defendant stays outside the jurisdiction of this court, the present leave Application has been filed.

2. Pointing out the Statement of Accounts furnished at pages 17 and 18 of the typed set of papers, which appears to have been signed at Chennai, learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that a part transaction had taken place within the jurisdiction of this court.

3. Therefore, leave is granted.
