The revision challenges the dismissal of the petition filed under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. The proposed accused/respondents 2 to 5 seek to implead them as respondents in the above revision. Since the petitioners are necessary parties, this petition is allowed.

2. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause list and post the revision case for admission during first week of January 2025.
