The petitioner alleges that the respondent police is harassing him.

2. It appears that the petitioner is having a civil dispute with his relative. The petitioner has also given a representation dated 18.12.2019 in this regard.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that no criminal complaint has been received against the petitioner.
