This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.623 of 2015 before the competent court within time framed manner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side ) has submitted that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai and based on the same, the Judicial Magistrate has taken the case on file in C.C.No.427 of 2019 and hence this petition has become infructuous.
