ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in C.M.P.No.1673 of 2025, dated 11.08.2025, that the petitioner shall

appear before the respondent police station at 10.00 a.m., on every 1 st and 15 th day of every English Calendar Month until further orders. 2.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in C.M.P.No.1673 of 2025, dated 11.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 4.
