Mr.M.Sekar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 1st and 3rd Respondents and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 2nd Respondent.

This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the time of admission after recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st and 3rd Respondents and the learned Special Government Pleader for the 2nd Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 20.06.2025, Page No. 2 of 5
28.06.2025, 07.07.2025 and 01.08.2025 for removing or shifting the TASMAC Shop Number 1925 and its bar comprising S.No.45/1A1 situated at S.R.Nagar North, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the 1st and 3rd Respondents and the learned Special Government Pleader for the 2nd Respondent would submit that shop is not yet operational.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 20.06.2025, 28.06.2025, 07.07.2025 and 01.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
