This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents 1 to 3 from disbursing the terminal benefits of Late.Elangovan, who was worked as Servant-cum-Watchman (SCW) in the office of District Backward classes and Minorities Welfare Department based on petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2023.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this 2/4

Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and she has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
