respondent in the order passed in Diary No.4614/2023 in TRC 2705 of 23 in T.A.No.1478/2023 dated 17.01.2024 and quash the same and direct the respondents to hand over the documents mentioned in the decreetal order passed by the XIX Additional Judge in O.S.No.13666/2010 dated 17.08.2022 to the petitioner forth.
