ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus rd respondent to act upon the representation made by the directing the 3 petitioner, where the petitioner is seeking for a rectification of the petitioner's father's name as Ayyasamy which is wrongly mentioned as Ayyasamy @ Babu in the legal heirship certificate dated 25.06.2024.

2. Heard Mr.A.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the th respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.P.G.Thiyagu, learned counsel appearing for the 6 respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the official respondents viz., rd respondent has submitted a respondents 1 to 5 submitted that already the 3 report before the Revenue Divisional Officer and the enquiry is now pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

4. In the light of the above development it is left open to the Revenue Divisional Officer to conduct enquiry by giving opportunity to the petitioner th respondent and final orders shall be passed on its own merits and in and the 6 nd respondent within a period of six (6) weeks from accordance with law by the 2 the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
