ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to restrain the 1st respondent from removing the fifty sign boards erected by the petitioner between sacred hearts College to Madina Mosque, Krishnagiri main Road, Tirupathur District.

2. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that permission for erection of sign boards was granted only up to March, 2025 and the said period had already lapsed. Hence, he would submit that nothing survives in this petition and requests this Court to dismiss this petition.
