ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4855 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.400 of 2022 order dated 11.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner 2/4
being a lady and senior citizen with health ailments, finding it difficult to comply with the condition. He further submitted that the petitioner would duly prosecute the appeal and she will not be a reason for any delay. Hence, prays to relax the condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions diligently.
4.Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady aged about 67 years having health ailments and the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, is totally relaxed.
