Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the 1st Respondent.

2. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned notice in Na.Ka.2919/2023/P2 dated 11.11.2024 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same as null, void, illegal, malafide and arbitrary.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission considering the fact that the survey has been conducted by orders of this Court and the same shall be proceeded with. However, before proceeding with the survey the 1st Respondent shall consider and pass orders only after passing orders on the objections that are being submitted by the Petitioner whether to proceed with the survey or not. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
