ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction by directing the 1st respondent to 3rd respondent to take necessary further action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.11.2019 and to investigate the case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 28.01.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the closure of the complaint.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is closed. The respondent is directed to send the intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint, by registered post within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
