ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which is now standing in the name of the private respondents, namely, respondents 2 to 6.
2.Since the aforesaid representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondent if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the private respondents, namely, respondents 2 to 6 and any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6.Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 2 to 6, notice to the respondents 2 to 6 is dispensed with.
7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which is now standing in the name of the private respondents 2 to 6, after hearing the objections of the private respondents and also any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
