Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that having regard to the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in these Writ Petitions and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner, if he still has nay grievance, to work out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record The Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
