It is submitted that the delay was caused due to reasons attributable to the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

Considering the said factum, the delay of 1587 days in representing the appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioners pay costs of Rs.3,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

Subject to compliance of the aforesaid condition, the miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
