ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.08.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 87 of BNS, Section 5(1), 6(1), r/w 17 of POSCO Act, 5(1), (a), 8(b) of ITP Act in Crime No.84 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused are running a brothel house under the guise of running a spa. Based on the secret information the police intercepted and rescued 3 women included one minor girl. Hence, this case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the accused name does not found place either in the F.I.R or in the statement recorded from the victim girl and he was arrested and in custody from 22.08.2025. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for 2/4

the respondent while opposing the bail to the petitioner, reiterated the prosecution case and states that the petitioner and other accused induce them to involve in prostitution. He further submitted that investigation in this case is not yet completed.

5. I have gone through the statement of the victim girl and the F.I.R

6. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and investigation in this case is not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
