This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1601 days in representing the Writ Appeal SR.No.112745 of 2019.

2. Learned Government Advocate for R1, 3, 5, 13 and 14 brought to our notice that connected Writ Appeal is pending.

3. Though the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for the delay are acceptable, considering the fact that the delay is inordinate, we are of the view the delay may be condoned on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 1601 days in representing the Writ Appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the Advocate Clerks' Association within a period of two weeks from today.
