This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the proceeding in Na.Ka.A7/1154/2024 before the 1st respondent initiated upon the representation dated 19.06.2023 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is informed that the 1st respondent has already passed orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2023. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. 2/4
