This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property situated at Vargur Village, Arcot Taluk, comprised in survey No.451/8, 451/7, 566/1, 524, 525, 523, 564/2, 566/2, 566/4, 567, 568/1, 564/3, 564/5, 569/2, 570/2 & 521 to an total extent of 3.86 acres based on his representation dated 25.07.2025.

Considering the request of the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
