The learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent, submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.32066 of 2023, dated 11.12.2023 has been compiled with by the respondent. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
