ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks" imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.26653 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing

for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition only for one day and hence objected to modify the condition.

3. Considering the said submission that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for one day, and since this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police only for a period of four weeks, this Court is declined to modify the condition.
