When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that since the writ petitioner is seeking a direction to direct the respondents to promote her as Post Graduate Assistant in Tamil at St. Antony's Higher Secondary School, Azhagappapuram, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District., she was already given promotion to the said post. 2.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
