This petition is filed to condone the delay of 55 days in filing the C.M.A.SR.No.160390 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Mr.R.Murugabharathi, the learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents 3 to 5 has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned, subject to the waiver of interest for the delay period, and the petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 in the cause list at the time of admission.
