This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28757 of 2024 by an order dated 18.11.2024 passed by this Court as the petitioner to appear before the F1-Chintadripet Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of this case, the condition in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28757 of 2024 on 18.11.2024 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police i.e. The Station House Officer, Kiliyanur Police Station, Villupuram District, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
